We offer a range of services, activities and resources to help families cope with the day-to-day realities of having a child with eczema.

We understand the impact the condition can have on the whole family and how isolating it may feel at times.  We know that eczema is different for everyone so our help is tailored to what’s needed.

At the heart of our service is the opportunity for families to connect with others, get reliable information, and to speak to people who understand.  So whether you need a listening ear, to speak to someone else in the same boat, or practical help like support to arrange eczema care for your child at school, we can help.

Register today to receive:

  • a welcome pack full of information and practical tools
  • 1-1 support from our team of support workers
  • access to a vibrant closed Facebook Group
  • invites to family events
  • specialist resources
  • school workshops
  • High 5 Club for children aged 3-10 years
  • XY Club for young people aged 11-17 years

Our service is free. However, we are a small charity so our services are dependent on funding and capacity.  We strive to offer all our services UK-wide but sometimes this is not possible.

Please note we don’t offer medical advice, we leave that to the highly-trained medical professionals across the UK.

Here is what families have said about us:

“Welcome pack and information at the beginning was absolutely amazing.  The support we received when we needed it most will never be forgotten.”
“Just knowing that someone cares and understands the pain/anxiety you are going through is massive support in itself. Something you can’t get in nhs/private. Thank you.”
“Our son felt very alone and spent every day very upset and frustrated. He doesn’t feel quite so different now and life for him has become a lot easier which at one point we didn’t think possible.”
“This group introduced me to other families with similar issues which was most helpful and supportive.”
